Quotes issued by BanBanz Solutions remain valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated on the quote.

Prices, delivery fees and timelines may change after a quote expires and a revised quote may be issued.

Work only begins once both of the following have taken place:

• You have approved the quote in your dashboard
• The required deposit payment has been received and confirmed

Because our products are personalised, you are responsible for checking and confirming that the details you supply are correct, including:

• Spelling of all names and wording
• Names of children, guests, businesses and brands
• Event dates and times
• Uploaded photographs and design references
• Delivery address, pickup preference and contact details

Reprints or corrections required because of incorrect information supplied by the customer may be charged at an additional cost.

Personalised products and custom artwork supplied by BanBanz Solutions are for your personal or business use and may not be resold or redistributed for commercial gain without written permission.

All custom designs, artwork files and concepts remain the intellectual property of BanBanz Solutions until the order has been paid in full, after which agreed usage rights transfer to the customer.

BanBanz Solutions reserves the right to decline any request for artwork that is inappropriate, offensive, hateful, unlawful or that infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party. Where a request is declined before work commences, any deposit paid will be refunded.

Production timelines are quoted in working days and begin only after:

• Deposit payment has been confirmed
• Final design approval has been received, where design approval applies

Pickup is free. Courier delivery within Gauteng is charged at the rate shown on your quote and appears as a line item on your quote and invoice.

Once an order has been handed to a courier, delivery timeframes are controlled by the courier. Courier delays, loss or damage in transit that are outside the control of BanBanz Solutions are not the responsibility of BanBanz Solutions, although we will assist you in following up with the courier.

Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is payable to commence work and the balance is payable before dispatch, pickup or final file handover. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider or by EFT with proof of payment uploaded to your dashboard.
