Question 1

How long does production take?

Standard party packs take 5 to 7 working days from the day your deposit is confirmed and your artwork is approved. Larger orders, avatar packs and fully custom themes take 7 to 10 working days. Rush turnaround is sometimes possible for an additional fee — ask us before you approve your quote and we will tell you honestly whether your date is achievable.

What is included in a party pack?

It depends on the package you choose. Packs typically combine personalised bags or boxes, name tags, stickers, toppers, invitations and themed printables. Every quote lists exactly what is included line by line, so you always know what you are paying for before you approve it.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Most party pack packages start at 10 units, because setup and printing costs are the same whether we print 3 or 10. Smaller quantities are possible for some items — send us a quote request and we will let you know.

Question 4

Can I mix themes or add extra items later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, until production starts. Once your deposit is confirmed and we begin printing, additions are quoted as a separate add-on and are payable before that extra work starts.

Question 5

Do you cater for schools, crèches and corporate events?

Yes. We regularly produce bulk school packs, end-of-year packs and branded corporate event packs. Tell us the quantity and event date in your quote request and we will quote bulk pricing.

Question 6

Can I use my child's photo?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that is exactly what the avatar service is for. Upload a clear photograph when you request your quote and our designers illustrate a custom avatar of your child for use across the pack. Photographs may only be uploaded by the child's parent or legal guardian.

Question 7

How is my child's photo protected?

Accepted Answer

Uploaded photographs go into a private storage area that is not publicly accessible and cannot be browsed or indexed. They are used only to produce the products you ordered. We never sell them and never publish or share them — including in our gallery or on social media — without your explicit written permission. You can ask us to delete a photo once your order is complete.

Question 8

What kind of photo works best?

A bright, front-facing photo of the face, in focus, without sunglasses or hats, and without heavy filters. Natural daylight works best. If the photo will not illustrate well, we will tell you and ask for another rather than guess.

Question 9

Can I choose the avatar style?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose a style when you request your quote, or tell us the look you are after and attach a reference. You will see a preview of the avatar for approval before it is applied to the full pack.

Question 10

Can you add siblings or a whole family?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each additional character is quoted as an extra avatar fee, which appears as its own line item on your quote.

Question 11

What does Business Studio do?

Business Studio handles digital design work: logo design, branding kits, flyers, posters, social media graphics, invitations, T-shirt designs and business stationery. Delivery is electronic, so there is no courier fee.

Question 12

Can I upload my own design?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upload your own artwork, sketches, logos or reference files when you request a quote. We can work from your files, adapt them, or prepare them properly for print. If a supplied file is too low-resolution to print well, we will tell you before we proceed.

What file formats do I receive?

Standard delivery includes high-resolution PNG and print-ready PDF. Logo and branding projects also include vector source files. Editable source files and full brand kits are included where the quote says so.

Question 14

Do I own the design?

Accepted Answer

Once your order is paid in full, the agreed usage rights transfer to you. Until then, all concepts and artwork remain the intellectual property of BanBanz Solutions. Designs supplied to you may not be resold or redistributed as templates.

Question 15

How long does design work take?

First concepts are usually presented within 3 to 5 working days of your deposit clearing. Total project time depends on how many revision rounds you use — most projects complete within 7 to 10 working days.

Question 16

Can I request changes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your quote includes a set number of revision rounds — typically two for party pack artwork and up to three for Business Studio branding projects. Send all your comments together in one round so we can action them efficiently. Additional rounds beyond those included are quoted at our standard design rate.

Question 17

How do I see the design before it is printed?

We send a digital proof for approval. Nothing is printed until you confirm the proof in writing, so please check spelling of names, dates, ages and wording carefully — that proof is what gets printed.

What if I spot a mistake after I approved the proof?

Accepted Answer

Tell us immediately. If we have not started printing we will fix it at no charge. If printing has already begun, a reprint of the affected items is charged, because personalised material cannot be reused.

What do you need from me to start?

Accepted Answer

Names and spelling exactly as they should appear, the event date, quantities, your theme or colour preferences, and any photos, logos or reference images. The more specific your brief, the closer the first concept lands.

Can you match my existing brand or theme?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Share your logo, colour codes, fonts or a reference image and we will match them as closely as printing allows. Printed colours can differ slightly from what you see on a screen.

How do I approve my quote?

Accepted Answer

Sign in to your dashboard, open Quotes, and select the quote you received. Review the line items and total, tick the confirmation box to accept our Terms & Conditions, and choose Approve. Your approval is recorded with the exact date and time, and a job plus a deposit payment request are created automatically.

How do I request a quote?

Accepted Answer

Use the Request a Quote form. Choose your studio, fill in your details and your event or project details, and upload any photos or references. You will see the request in your dashboard immediately, and we turn it into a formal quote — usually within one working day.

How long is my quote valid?

Accepted Answer

14 days from the date of issue unless the quote says otherwise. After that, prices, courier fees and timelines may change and we may issue a revised quote.

Question 24

Is a quote a commitment to buy?

Accepted Answer

No. A quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You only enter into an order when you approve it and pay the deposit.

Can I decline or ask for changes to a quote?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Decline it in your dashboard, or message us on WhatsApp with what you would like changed — different quantities, fewer items, a different package — and we will issue a revised quote.

How do deposits work?

When you approve a quote, a deposit payment request of 50% of the total is created automatically. Pay it by card or instant EFT through Paystack, or by manual bank transfer with proof of payment uploaded to your dashboard. Production starts once the deposit is confirmed, and the deposit comes off your total — it is not an extra charge.

When is the balance due?

The balance is due once your order is ready, and it must be confirmed before you collect or before we dispatch with the courier. For Business Studio, final files are released once the balance is settled.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Card and instant EFT online through Paystack, manual EFT or bank transfer, and cash on collection by prior arrangement. We do not accept cheques, and we never store your card details — Paystack handles all card data.

Question 29

How long does payment verification take?

Online payments confirm within minutes and update your dashboard automatically. Manual EFT payments are matched against our bank statement, usually within one working day. Always use your quote or invoice number as the payment reference so we can match it quickly.

Is it safe to pay online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Card payments are processed on Paystack's secure PCI-DSS compliant checkout. Your card details never reach our servers and are never stored by us.

Can I collect my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and pickup is free. When your order is ready we mark it Awaiting Pickup and contact you to arrange a time. Bring your order number and your ID. Someone else may collect on your behalf if you give us their name in advance.

Do you courier nationwide?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Gauteng courier delivery is charged at R150 standard. Deliveries outside Gauteng are quoted per order based on destination, weight and volume, and the fee is always shown on your quote before you approve it — never added afterwards.

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

After dispatch, typically 1 to 3 working days in Gauteng, 2 to 4 to other major centres, and 3 to 5 to outlying areas. These are courier estimates, not guarantees, and December and holiday periods run slower. Production time is separate from delivery time.

How do I track my order?

Your dashboard shows every stage under Jobs and Delivery — Awaiting Pickup, Picked Up, Courier Booked, Dispatched and Delivered — with the waybill or courier reference once we dispatch. Every change is logged and you are notified by email and WhatsApp.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Report it within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging, the damaged items and the waybill, and keep all packaging for the courier claim. Where the fault is ours or the courier's, we reprint or replace the affected items at no cost and lodge the claim on your behalf.

What are digital products?

Ready-made printable files — party printables, invitation templates, décor sets and design assets — that you download and print yourself. There is no production time and no courier fee.

Question 37

How do I get my download?

Once payment is confirmed, the file appears in your dashboard under Documents and Digital Products, ready to download. Digital purchases are not couriered and there is nothing to collect.

Can digital products be personalised?

Accepted Answer

Some are supplied as editable templates you can personalise yourself. If you would like us to personalise it for you, request a quote instead and we will add a small personalisation fee.

Question 39

Are digital products refundable?

Accepted Answer

No. Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, digital product purchases are final. If a file is faulty or will not open, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.

Question 40

Can I resell digital products I buy?

Accepted Answer

No. Digital files are licensed for your own personal or business use. They may not be resold, shared or redistributed as templates without our written permission.

Question 41

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancel before production or design work starts and your deposit is refunded in full. Once artwork has been approved or production has begun, personalised material cannot be reused, so refunds are generally not available. Business Studio projects cancelled after concepts have been presented attract a fee covering the design time already spent. Full detail is in our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

How do I cancel or change an order?

Message us on WhatsApp on 072 999 6674 or reply to your quote or invoice email as early as possible, quoting your quote or job number. Cancellation only takes effect once we have confirmed it with you in writing.

What if my event date changes?

Accepted Answer

Tell us as soon as you know. If production has not started we simply reschedule at no cost. If it has, we will do everything reasonable to accommodate the new date and will be upfront about any additional cost.
