We only collect the information we need to quote, produce and deliver the products and services you request.

• Delivery address
• Uploaded child photographs (where you request personalised artwork)
• Uploaded design references, logos and brand files
• Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card details

• Processing quotations and quote requests
• Managing your orders and jobs
• Producing personalised products
• Customer support and communication (including WhatsApp and email)
• Order fulfilment, pickup and courier delivery
• Payment processing and reconciliation of deposits and balances
• Internal administration, record keeping and invoicing

Customer information is stored securely in our managed cloud database and file storage, protected by access controls, encrypted connections and row-level security rules so that you can only access your own records.

Access to customer records is limited to authorised BanBanz Solutions administrators who need it to fulfil your order. We retain records for as long as necessary to complete your order and to meet accounting and legal obligations.

Photographs of children that you upload are used solely to create the personalised products you have requested — for example avatar party packs, invitations and themed printables.

We never sell child photographs, and we never share or publish them for marketing, gallery or any other purpose without your explicit permission. You may ask us to delete uploaded photographs once your order has been completed.

We work with trusted service providers to run our business. These providers only receive the information they need to perform their function:

• Paystack — secure payment processing
• Supabase — database, authentication and secure file storage
• Our email service provider — order, quote and invoice notifications
• Courier partners — delivery of physical party packs, where courier delivery is selected

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are legally able to do so. Some information must be retained for tax and accounting purposes.
