Cookie Policy

We use a small number of cookies — mostly to keep you signed in and to keep your account secure. This policy explains each type we use and how to control them.

01

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device (phone, tablet or computer) when you visit. They let the site remember things between page loads — for example that you are signed in, or which studio you were browsing.

Similar technologies such as local storage and session storage work the same way, and this policy covers those too. Cookies cannot run programs on your device and cannot read files from it.

02

Essential cookies

These are required for BanBanz Solutions to work. They cannot be switched off because the site would break without them.

  • Keeping your session secure while you move between pages
  • Protecting forms — such as the quote request form — against abuse
  • Remembering that you have installed or dismissed the app install prompt
  • Load balancing and basic security checks
03

Authentication cookies

When you sign in to your customer dashboard, an authentication token is stored on your device so that you are not asked to sign in again on every page. This token identifies your account to our secure backend and is what allows the dashboard to show only your quotes, jobs, invoices, payments and documents.

Signing out clears this token. If you sign in on a shared or public device, always sign out when you are finished.

04

Remember-me cookies

If you choose to stay signed in, a longer-lived token is stored so that you can return to your dashboard without entering your password each time. You can end this at any time by signing out, or by clearing your browser's site data for banbanz.online.

05

Customer preference cookies

These remember small choices so the site feels consistent on your next visit:

  • Light or dark appearance
  • The last studio or gallery filter you used
  • Dismissed banners and notices
  • Draft details entered into a quote request form, so you do not lose them
06

Analytics cookies

  • Where analytics is enabled, BanBanz Solutions may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
  • These tools may record page views, approximate location (country or city level), device and browser type, and how you interact with pages
  • You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings or by using your browser's “Do Not Track” or tracking-protection features
  • Analytics is never used for essential functions, so blocking it does not affect your ability to order

Analytics helps us understand which pages and services customers actually use, so we can improve the ordering experience — for example whether people struggle to complete a quote request on a phone.

Analytics data is aggregated. We do not use it to build advertising profiles about you.

07

We do not sell your data

BanBanz Solutions does not sell, rent or trade customer data, cookie data or uploaded files to any third party. We do not run third-party advertising networks on this site.

The only parties that receive your information are the service providers we need to run the business — payments, secure hosting and storage, email delivery and couriers — and they may only use it to perform that service for us.

08

Managing cookies

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies through its settings or privacy menu. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to your dashboard, approving quotes or uploading proof of payment.

If you would like to know exactly which cookies are active on your account, contact us and we will explain.
