Cancellation Policy
Plans change. Here is how cancellations work for personalised party packs and for Business Studio design projects, and when a cancellation fee may apply.
Cancelling before production
Orders may be cancelled free of charge at any time before production begins. Let us know as early as possible so we can stop the job before materials are printed or assembled.
Orders already in production
Custom orders that are already in production cannot normally be cancelled, because personalised materials have already been printed or assembled and cannot be reused.
Business Studio design work
Business Studio design projects may be cancelled at no cost before design work starts. Once initial concepts have been presented, a cancellation fee may apply to cover the design time already spent.
How to cancel
- Include your quote or job number
- Tell us the reason for cancellation, if you are comfortable doing so
- We will confirm the cancellation and any refund due under our Refund Policy
Notify BanBanz Solutions immediately if you need to cancel — by WhatsApp on 072 999 6674 or by replying to your quote or invoice email. Cancellation takes effect once we have confirmed it with you in writing.
